What we do:

• Assist parties in identifying key concerns
• Assist parties in organizing and prioritizing the issues
• Facilitate clear respectful communication
• Create an environment where parties consider the issues from a problem solving perspective (rather than a “winner/loser” perspective)
• Provide opportunities for the participants to create fair, workable and positive solutions
• Assist the parties with the development of a written solution to the issues

The Mediator does not impose his or her solutions upon the parties; the Mediator provides the preparation, organization, communication and positive environment in which the parties create solutions.

Mediation can help address problems and conflicts in many areas, including but not limited to:

• Inter and Intra Corporate issues and personnel conflicts
• Interpersonal differences
• Contract negotiations and breach of contract issues
• Real Estate and land use
• Family issues, including parenting differences
• Separation and Divorce
• Education/special education concerns
• Any other area of conflict or concern where problems can be solved by the parties with the help of a skilled Mediator identifying, clarifying and organizing the issues, facilitating clear respectful communication, and assisting with development of a written resolution
